Yeah I thought it was working but now you can keep hitting next and get the same list of players.

Players closing times are changing too. I bid on a player who was supposed to close last night and it looks like he was just relisted (by the same team) and doesn't close for a couple more days.

can we get a specific player so we can check?

what may have happened is that the players own team outbid you cause he didn't like his starting selling price.. then relisted him for a higher price. else you said something mean about his mother and he was just being spiteful... ;)

or of course, there really might be a bug.. but we need some more specific information to try to track it down.

I placed him on the TL a day or two ago. Go to TL and search for point guards. His name will not come up. Hitting next will bring up the same list of players as the first page.

Sylvain Pichot (380548)

I had a bid on him around 10K if i remember correctly. If he did buy him back, not sure why he would have relisted at 0 or 1k.

Jason Lynn (341379) - this was a player ive had on the list for days, and he's just now showing up (didnt as of last night)

Earl Steward (342649) - I just relisted this guy, when I search "centers" he's not on the first page of players and I can't see any more players than the first page. "next page" just takes me to the same list of players on the first page.

Overall, my players and the players I'm tracking have had closing times changing. I can't provide any specific times or examples, maybe this is due to tranfers being moved back due to down times?

so there are two bugs...

the first is the viewing the transfer list.. that we though we fixed but we didn't.. we are working on that one.

the second is players bid dates getting moved back.... so for Sylvain Pichot (380548) the winning bid was 9000,
and he seemed to be instantly relisted when the auction was over. so this seems to be a severe bug as well. I think you should have that player.. i'm a bit baffled as to why that transfer didn't go through when so many other have.. we will have to look into it.

ok so... in talking and investigating this with charles we found the following about

Coca Calo was logged on and bought his own player at 9k.
The transaction was completed at 2007-07-21 09:05:30.607
The player was then relisted for $0 at 7/21/2007 9:06:20 AM
(Hoping, presumably, to fetch a larger price this time around)
it seems likely that brianjames actually only bid 8k.

so unless you are positive this is not the case, we think there is no bug...especially considering how many other transfers have been processed correctly. If you can find another instance of players getting moved back we'd be happy to track it down.. but i think the most likely scenario is that its the result of players getting bought by their own team and relisted.

8k sounds about right. just seemed odd considering some of the other stuff and wondered. no bug there then.

yep. i agree. I think the only problem to be fix is the way the players on the transfer list are presented, because is really not working well. I had 3 guys listed for the last few days and only now I am finally able to see them (auction ends in a few hours). I have another guy listed, he's auction ends tomorrow and I can't see him on the transfer list yet.

(of course I'm always able to find all of them if I search for specific skills that only they and a few others have - so they will appear in the 1st result page)

yes... this is a presentation issue.. i assure you all the data is there, its just not getting presented right. i don't think till recently we had more than a page or two of transfers so it wasn't apparentl..
