I don’t think he is concerned about the training plan. His question, as I intended, was concerning the presence of 3 guards in the lineup once finished

How much do you care about results right now? And what's their potential?

If they have a high potential (9+) I'll try to fix the interior skills as soon as possible, before the combination of age+height will be hard to fight. By the way, it won't be "competitive" in the short term If i were you I'll train 1vs1 wings until HN 15, then IS/ID/RB until your personal target, starting OD/PA/JS later. This is something possible only with high potential and a medium/long term project due to obvious reasons.

Otherwise, assuming potential 7 (8 is a little bit in the middle), I won't train inside skills directly (just IS in case). At least, I won't do that if you plan to have anyway good levels of JS/OD/PA due to cap reason. I'll train them as wings in all 1vs1/JS training weeks to acquire some IS, hoping the 2nd player will reach ID 10+ during OD cycles. In that case though, their lack of RB will cost you in terms of big men

Very nice players for their age. I guess the third one can become a good SF if you manage to give him more IS and especially ID aside from the guards' skills.

You can do whatever you want with IS and ID I was saying that because, training both of them, the cap would limit their JS/OD/PA levels and they'll be more SF (maybe outside oriented) than guards. And this appears not to be your goal ^^

You could train them in 1vs1 wings and JS wings in order to reach better values there and improving IS. IS should also be trained directly for one pop or two if you wish. Then, OD will receive some elastic effect from HN, and the same will happen with PA (I suggest at least 11-12 for PA).

Thinking about the first one, you could try to produce something similar to those options: (https://i.imgur.com/HON3bWK.png), (https://i.imgur.com/Xg81CQp.png)

I'm just doing speculations of course, you'll know better than me your needs and desire
