Yes, that definitely helps. I'll use them as building blocks. Maybe nab another decent SF or SG with better than AllStar potential to get a 3rd guy to share training with.

Without revealing too much about my key guys:
Eastman SF skills(JS, JR, OD, HA, DR, PA) = 47 : Total skills = 80
Robinson SG skills(JS, JR, OD, HA, DR, PA) = 44 : Total skills = 61

I was focusing on Eastman and another player(Hanley) on my team for the longest time - doing exactly as you guys suggest(48 mins/wk) - although I was using 2 position training quite a bit (I'll stop doing that). Just wasn't satisfied with the results, although Eastman really got a large salary bump at the start of the season. Guess I was a little too impatient - and not focusing on only one position. I was mostly thinking that maybe these guys with high skill numbers were draftees from div I or II. Thanks for clearing that up.
