I dont know the skills of Linwood, true. If i have the choice between training a foreign allstar or a PAS draftee i would always go for the draftee even when he requires somewhat more work. Your fans like homegrown players to have an important role in your team...

Thats not too bad. If you stick to 2posi training like 1o1 and RB for a while together with the other 3 trainees you fix his HD, DR and RB.
Then sell one of them for profit and continue with the remaining 3 with 1posi training like OD, ID, PA or whatever you feel is needed.

The first trainee looks like a good big I would keep him considering you are still in Div 5, he can become your dominant Center in two seasons and a back up role player when you get to the higher divisions. Take it easy in training, dont create something you cant afford.
