If you're looking for a trainee, I'd advise looking for at least 5 in the main skills. (Assuming they are 18 at the start of the season)

Guard - OD, PS, JS, JR
Big - ID, IS, RB

What I really don't like about this season's change is the salary calculation. Old calculation shows madzbeater's first trainee to be just 2900 instead of 37xx. The other was supposed to be 2400 instead of 2995. This big difference compared to past season's give false hopes/indications of their starting skills through their inflated salaries. 3k players of seasons past are much better compared to this season >_>
