Thanks, I was within one 3 pointer at the end with the ball. Just couldn't pull it off. It helped that he didn't play his $100,000 center but then my SG went 4 for 18 and 2 for 10 from 3 point land!

well precisely speaking the total active managers are 83.....but as everytime most of them will be inactive.
what i feel is that 10 managers sign up then india gets 1 active manager....so lets hope for the best and most of these are active in the game

Yeah most of the managers just hang around for a week or so and they just disappear. Otherwise the sustaining of around 55000 managers on BB wouldn't be possible, as there are usually more than 3000 new managers signing up :P

I was speaking to a GM about this the other day and he said that about 1/4 of all new signups never log in at all and more than 1/2 log in less than 3 times in total leaving only a small percentage of new teams that even hang around long enough to learn what the game is all about.

Wow that is a big percentage! I often wonder why people just sign up and leave. If they've signed up, ofc they must have had some kind of interest in basketball. Perhaps this game looks little complex to the new users? I guess unless one has a real passion for basketball, he/she'd just leave after seeing "Manage My Team" cuz it looks so complicated :P

You can see that most of the teams you play in scrimmages are rated 10000 or better. I'd estimate that there are on;y abot 20,000 active teams.

It says that there are about 65000 active managers. But my guess is that about half of the teams aren't being looked after by a manager.
