Hi Audi*, I think all SGP community generally agree that STN is not a training expert. His trainees are useable in SBBL, but not for U21 or NT. Actually he's looking for scouts, but so far it seems he gets little luck. The U21 staff team is still consisted of himself, which is not good. I don't know if he has approached some target managers individually. Sonic and Dream make sense for me.

what I don't like STN most is we now know that he is not a guy we can trust. Reluctant to admit his mistake, making excuses, making empty promises, claims he knows everything, ignore young player development until popularity drop by another 30%...

But every person has self esteem. I judge STN has real high self esteem originally. Let's give him more room and hope he really reflects.

And Audi*, one more point. The longer I hang around SGP, the stronger I feel that this community is not cohesive. Of course it's easy for every manager to train 1-2 SGP player. But some have no idea of effective training. Some don't care about the country. From our point of view, training SGP players is an obligation that we happily fulfil. Make own teams better and also a great chance of playing for U21, why not? But every team has their own constraint. Every manager has their own thought. For the case of STN, he is only one of the many who put own team interest first, and he did train, though the products not excellent.

Hmm, wait here, why are you using "we" and "our"? You are neither a Singaporean nor a manager of a club in Singapore, unless.....

It's because he put his team more than the NT team, he don't have the big heart for u21, he lost the most of the trust that the community gave him. Who will be willing to give him such chances again for next election? Maybe there's few team. But not as many as now.

I don't think there's much people helping him, maybe a few from his family side, as I know, his family member are playing in this game as well, and maybe terfu is helping him in some way..

Yes, same Here, I don't like all those thing he have done. To be being leader, he himself need to set and lead by an example, but he fail to, only wish to lead u21 by other people help, and improving his own team, this is wrong. I admit, he is a goof manager for personal club, but not in managing u21 or NT, he don't have the heart for it. For mistake he made, I'm fine, what I cant stand is, he is purely asking people to do errand for him while he can concentrate on something personal. It's same logic come to working world, out of 10 boss, only 1-2 will allow staff to do personal work during working hours..

Yup, I'm not saying him more things that time, cause I looking at this few week, what are the changes, but he change his tone, treating me as his enemy, so this is it. My patience is limit, reaching the peak. But this point you are more or less right, he is a very high self- esteem person.

Yes, it's easy to train 1-2 player every few season, just like life cycle. But being a NT or u21, example is needed to be set like what I said earlier. Look at Eric, ben, terfu, they do their job, their tasking, they have training player as well, thats why that give them slightly more edge in convincing people.

About setting up an independent scouting team, I'm open to it, but Ko Phyo should have a say on this.

And also it's heartbreaking if I help clear up some of his mistakes after losing to him... but I understand it's for the goodness of Singapore. And actually I have been in contact with some managers owning some real good prospects in secret

Yes NT, take the lead on forming up a mini team, I support u as much as I can..

In this season I tried to select from Singapore teams. But I only got 5 rosters from 4 teams. These teams are Eric Utd, Xavis, Final Fantasy XIII, and Babyzero. And then i try to advice for training Singaporean for ours. But a few only reply my mail. And I also advice to them with my knowledge. Mostly oversea players were reply my mail and keep in touch with good communication. Whatever I told before already please join with me and we working together. But some are want to point of my weakness, I wanna tell them please see my situation. And I said a lot of time for join and do together with me. Before election also I said I will try the best and I wanna work together with all. That's all... I think you will know what I meaning and I hope other people will be also known I really don't want to destroy Singapore teams and Singaporean hope. That's a ll. Still I am try the best day and night for Singapore. Still I am welcome for doing and working together for all the people. Still I am really welcome *audi and NT also. But they don't want to work with me together.

I hope everyone just work together. Although everyone have diff ideas on how to improve the team. If possible I will try to buy a sg to train provided it doesn't cost alot
