Essential:
IS
ID
Rebounding
SB but to a lesser extent

You can also train passing, driving and JS if you really want to.

well before statting the required skills for a C u need to know what kinda team u wanna make.
if u have a balanced team then the order should be-
IS/ID
RB
SB
PA
HA
JS
DR
OD
JR
if u have an inside focussed team then the order should be-
IS
ID
RB
SB
HA
DR
PA
JS
OD
JR
and if u have an outside focussed team then the rating should be-
ID
RB
IS
SB
PA
JS
HA
DR
OD
JR

Some people with really highly focussed outside teams try to get big men with very low IS and high SB so that they are defensive monsters who don't shoot much and whose salaries aren't so bad. So guys with wondrous or greater ID, RE and SB but IS around strong. They also need good passing so they can do something with the ball when they get it.

More than anything, it depends on who you are training. In JS, training doesn't depend on height so you can train anyone as long as they are young enough. So if you are training centers or PFs in JS, then it is better to train JS for forwards as it is easier to train and possibly win matches. Also training forwards gives some training in IS through cross-training. But if you are training guards then obviously it is better to train guards. For SF, it's really your choice, and doesn't make much of a difference to your game. I personally would train forwards if I'm training an SF as there would be some training in IS also.
Also never do team training. It's not worth an entire week.
