I noticed when Biscay was on U21 Argentina my merchadising was a bit higher...or at least it seemed to be and then dropped when he turned 22 the next season. I could be imaging things.

yeah, i have been doing this too. I didn't spend any money for 2 seasons until last season and now hoarding a little.

I've had pretty bad luck with the draft.

I wasted a lot of money on the draft last season. much better to just buy, me thinks.

sigh - rough 2 week for the rocket.science team. injury in a meaningless game, and the end of a cup run next week against one of the top teams in this league.

Glad to see my team is scary enough to warrant a midseason road crunch time. I suppose that I should be encourage that I only lost by 3. I guess the all star break is just around the corner so your enthusiasm has timee to bounc back.

Black Mambas has just acquired Evgeny Erdakov for $ 373 700.

Rocket Science has just sold Alfredo Rumiati for $ 306 000.

Nuff said... transfer market is seriously messed up right now. :)


on topic of cross charger's team, how are you doing this with your salaries? simply amazing. can't wait to see your tv game against petersburg on 4/3!

Just call me USA Elite Lite. I think my game ratings say it all: a lot of defense. However, I do expect to see a pretty hefty jump in salaries next season for one or two guys due to training.

Not looking forward to the Petersburg game on the road. I suspect I may be bringing a knife to a gun fight; great team.

I understand the defense, but it is also rare to have, in addition, respectable passing and prominent inside scoring as well, given the payroll.

Good luck with petersburg. That is truly a team to measure yourself against.

I hear you. I just can't give away my entire strategy, lest I lose my competitive and, to a lesser degree, financial advantage.

I am more worried about avoiding a relegation series than handling petersburg. It looks like 12 wins will land you in 6th place on our side.

Thats nothing, did you see that Black Mambas picked up a 110k center for 7000? Granted he was injured, but 7k? He relisted him already and the bid is at 160k. Looks like a nice profit, even though he had to pay him for one week. Can not remember the last time I got cted at home in a non cup game. The sheep pimps must have wanted that game bad. kinda suprising he only won by 3, i have a tough time handling him at home in a tie vs tie.
