Well as for now I am not (and am not allowed) to state my intentions about anything. However Monday is the start of a new week and perhaps there will be some interesting news then. So can you ask me the same question again on monday?

One thing I can comment on is you are automatically the senior NT coach next season because all appointments are for two seasons. One season the NT coach is appointed (for two seasons) and the next season the U21 coach is appointed (for two seasons).

Yeah, I know about that. Don't worry, be happy =P.

I'm in charge of the NT for 2 seasons. My assignement will reach its end when season 17 will point its nose. But my desire to contribute to India's community goes far beyond seasons. That's the reason why I wanted to ensure that doors will still be open for me ;-).

@Tungi
I don't think that a NT general manager can be proficient more than 2 seasons. It requires a lot of work to try and motivate people & getting the best results possible. I don't want to lie to India, so I prefer contributing differently. But who knows what will happen in the future =).

As everyone knows or must know, I'm not running as GM of the NT next season

No I thought you were not going to be the manager of India NT next season because of what you've written.

Sorry I won't be on yoda's staff, but I did promise to train an Indian U21 prospect starting season 17...

Will be looking for NT players number 4, 5 and 6...

I still think the Indian U21 advert needs to be updated for the draft, there are a few spelling mistakes in the current one (no offense Hof :P).

How about something like:
Congratulations on drafting an excellent player. If you train him correctly, he can play for the Indian Under 21 National Team. If you do not wish to train the player, please sell him immediately. If you do not know how to train then please read (144856.29). I encourage you to ask for help and join discussion on the Indian forums (179932.1).

Regards, Indian U21 Team Manager, LA-höfðingi (117813)

Some half-active users drafted good players this season, kept them on their team and never trained them. I think it's important to tell them to sell their players if they're not willing to train.

As everyone knows there is no candidates yet for anything until monday, but I can say that Iwen has his own plans. I hope to have my trainee number two locked in tomorrow night then I will wait a bit and if everything goes well I may also pick up an Indian U21 prospect to go with what I hope will be my two Aussie U21 prospects.

Rebel I agree with everything you said but I think by FAR the no one priority for Hof this weekend is to get as many possible of the 19 players going bot this weekend onto the U21 team as soon as possible. He has been doing a brilliant job so far and we have at least 10 players saved now that were going to be lost forever. This is a big boost to India's future. Maybe #23 can save a couple too but I don't know if his enthusiasm matters at the moment.

Appoint new players doesn't affect enthusiasm. Sending off does!

I can appoint some of them. Just let me know their names & I'll do what I can =).

Yes but to make room you have to send guys off and the NT is still in real competition isn't it? So I wouldn't want to suggest anything that would hurt it as I don't know if it gets an enthusiasm reset at the start of season 16.

I had a great training update! After training Pressure, Kaliranjan popped to proficient ID, my Panamanian popped to proficient OD, and my American had an OD/ID double pop. Now they all have 9/9 defense. I was going to train ID next week but might change to something else now. Any suggestions?

Nope, that's okay. We only have scrimmages until the reset. Our enthusiasm is nearing around 3/4 anyways... So sending a player wouldn't hurt that much =P.
