That's like having the perfect game broken up with one out in the ninth by a throwing error from your roided up and probably inebriated shortstop. [] You'll get there soon, though.

I managed to lose to a bot in the Cup yesterday. I didn't care because I was just worried about training and this actually will make that easier the rest of the way, but it's still pretty bad.

Wow, tough break. Lost in OT...
(surprised you didn't throw a league game & save Morgan Menard for the cup though)

A bot almost beat me last season. I was expecting to win by like 30 points only to trail after 3 quarters!

I missed every field goal in a game again! Probably would've ended up with 0 points if my SF didn't get injured. (&/or had used a worse FT shooter as a backup)

Still 4 total points is pretty good. Especially considering max enthusiasm + RNG vs a FCP defense.

Hells Bells!

It's tough to beat a team at their arena when they go 11-14 down the stretch run in the 4th, including making 7 shots in a row at one point. Also, my guys going 3-9 from the FT line doesn't help. Nor does a pathetic 4 point effort from my best player.
This could have been a closer game, but my Sungrazers flailed miserably like hapless (and unskilled) penguins whenever an opportunity arose.

Nice game, Hoosiers. Your team is strong and very disciplined. I didn't get a steal until mid-way through the 4th.

It was a tight game with me and Big Head Todd. In the middle of the 4th we were tied 72-72, but after that he took over. Tough loss but a good, competitive game.

Big Head Todd and his Monsters are serious business. I'd say feel good taking him deep into the 4th, but in the end: "rise and fall, turn the wheel, 'cause all life is really just a circle"... as they will keep the pressure on.

Strangely, while the 'grazers are starting off the season less than admirably, my homegrown Utopia team keeps chalking up wins. An unexpected turn, to be certain.

Don't know if I would necessarily say I "took over". It looked like a whole lot of offensive ineptitude from when the game was tied at 72. Just watched the replay and from the 6 minute mark until the 2 minute mark there were a lot of empty possessions.

Thanks, I needed that one. My guys almost always start the season off slowly, but it's looking like they need a whole new gear. I am sure that I need to make some moves, but I'm at sort of a block with where to start.

Wow, my weekly net income went from 45K to 70k. And my merchandise jumped up from 68 to 81K this week. That was a pleasant surprise. Anyone else experience a boost of income?

Yeah, my weekly net income went from $115-$132 and my merchandise went from 43 to 54. Once my arena is completed that should jump even more. In loving this promotion bonus. Too bad it only lasts for like 2 more games.
