Maximum of 3, yeah maybe. But this kind of change (with 2nd tier competition) is a big change for the dev.

Here, I'm asking something simple: if one team won both cup & championship in his country, a 2nd team should be also invited.

After if you want a champions league system, maybe it's an another topic...

and my answer was "yeah, maybe". Meaning your idea make sense but it's another topic, so maybe open a new one.

My point is my 200 active user nation send only 1 team @ B3 six times in row. That's not fair because during that time smaller user nations send 2 teams...

At that time, I think his strongest rival was Basket Mizu Arlon in belgium if I remember well. And Basket Mizu Arlon already reached semi-final of B3 so I think that team have the level of B3, at least for one or two season during the joemaverick domination. So,IMO it was unfair for our country that only one team go in B3.

The second tier competition isn't a bad idea but require a lot of changes for the dev . I don't think we'll see such a big change in short time. My suggestion is easy to implement in short time period.

Either a filter on WR (how does it work?), as proposed by Perpete here (276499.4), or some other mechanism should be implemented. It's deeply unbalanced right now.


A filter on WR would be very unfair for smaller communities' managers because it is based on the teams you beat. I really had a hard time to reach the top 200 because the rank of my domestic league's opponents is pretty weak.
