Hello. I am Matthew Taleghani. I have chosen to run for the manager of Scotland U21 NT. I know there are not many people running. I would like to try. I think I would be a great manager. I have many young players on my team. I deal with young players. I am all about finding young players and training them.
Does it matter if another candidate has a player on U21? Does it matter if one other candidate has been manager last 2 seasons? Obviously not. This Scotland team went 3-5. This team needs to be turned around in the right direction. It needs changes. And i will make them. As the manager, I would make every player on my team be trained every week. I will make changes to this team. I will turn this team upside down and make them win games.
