Absolutely. Helping managers get the most out of their players is one of the best parts of this game IMO. I'm already slated to help with USA 18 y/o bigs and get their training pointed in the right direction, but seeing as those players won't see competition for another 3 seasons and the odds of a USA-Scotland matchup are slim I don't see that as a problem.
Besides player development, I also pride myself on tactics and strategy. I promoted last season against a better opponent purely based off setting my tactics in a way he would think I was going to run LI since I hadn't run it all playoffs(I ran Princeton 3 times), and I suckered him into running LI since I hadn't guessed GDP in any game except the final.
All things considered, if I don't win, which is fully expect not to win since the incumbent had what I would consider a successful last term that moved Scotland up in the world rankings, I would be willing to commit to an assistant position moving forward and helping in any fashion needed.
I have 1757 players for sale and I'm $25,835,360 in debt. Buy them at outrageous prices, or be selfish and make me go bankrupt. You decide, BB.
