I can't do anything against Injuries and Bad Game Shape.. I can only get "angry" with owners, but if they like to have players with inept or mediocre.. what can I do?! Nothing.. I won't recruit them and so that's.
I can't do anything even about poor numbers of interesting 18 years old.
Many teams are ingame creation, not real users that wanna play. Community is quite poor.. I can't speak or understand greek or greeklish, this is surely a problem, but if we speak english I can always try to answer something, that's why I can't enter on NT discussion.
20 years old generation is really good as you can see! We have 20 years old players that are playing great:
Tsiartas will be a complete SF, the best one I've seen in 4 seasons, he need to be completed, but he's better than 21 years old..
Susus is a poor potential well trained player, he can do PG
Yiotakis is a good shooter
Vitalis would be a good combo trained by Ekleptysmenos
Sakelaropoulos is quite good even with low potential
Voitsidis our best PG is really good, better than anyone I've seen in these years
Vonortas is our best player and a really good PF, if he was MVP he would be a player for NT in a 2 seasons, no more
Tsouknidas is a really good defender and he can play 2, may be 3 positions
Than we other good players like : Manthos Papathomas, Rodis Pallis, Vissarionas Tiganidis or Stergios Someritis that was born 19 years old!
