I have entered myself into the running for the Barbados U21 National Team manager. I am currently a very active user and am coming off a championship season in the USA. This is my second championship in the USA divisions. This will be my 7th full season on Buzzerbeater and I have a reputation of winning. Winning is something I do not take lightly. I want the best players on the floor working in an offense that suits the strengths of the team. I am an avid man to man user and will do so here if elected as well. I am looking forward to the opportunity to make some noise in the coming America's tourney. I feel Barbados can become a very competitive nation if we can train the talent accordingly.
I feel I have the ability to make this a solid contented and not just a walk over opponent for larger teams. The talent is there it just needs to be trained harder and managed better. I will be active in talking with any user that has a Barbados player that can help the U21 and also the National Team down the line.
