Well for a 44 user country, they've managed to build their team well because it's around the same standard as our team. The only thing we can blame is ourselves, the community of BB Malaysia, for not training our players well and not putting in enough effort. Personally I'm new to the game so I can't be of much help except maybe train my own players.
