To all candidates, what is/are your achievements here in Buzzer beater that we can consider that you are the best right now for this coaching position? Do you think you have enough experience and knowledge to lead this team?

I play here since the 13 season. To rise in the higher league of the country to me it was required three and a half seasons, thus that in Belarus about 100 active teams. In this time I have grown up two players for U21 national team and I well represent what skills are necessary to players successfully to play for a national team. Besides, I play basketball in real life and I watch matches on TV so for me there are no secrets in this game

My world ranking is 161, my best world ranking was 99.
I am a leading scout for Germany since many seasons.
I am UAE U21 coach since one season.

Hi Bud Weiser,

The problem is that the community is low. If it is possible to keep young people in this country UAE, the community will take shape gradually. That managers will be better interested if they have one U21 player in this team. They must attend weekly for training with many explications. This is the inevitable starting point. :)

The world ranking means little. Besides, it does not even know how it works. ^ ^

I think lead this team because after six seasons in BB, I learned a lot with AOKexplo in U21 French team as staff, a very good team in Europe. My paintings are ready to analyze the opponents like my database on UAE players. I have experience in terms of training outside with three players with U21 potential in my team. :)

what is/are your achievements here in Buzzer beater that


I play BB for 5 seasons (since S13°) and I try to be champion of my League IV since S15.(The same as Lord Gargola)
In S17 I was in the last 128 teams in cup tournament (there was about 2500 teams°)
I used to play with a great defense and I 'm always in the top of my league.

Do you think you have enough experience and knowledge to lead this team?


I think I have enough experience in this game.I spend a lot of time to analyze my opponents and I'm active on french forums to exange ideas with others managers.
My first idea was to work with Lord Gargola in the staff of UAE NT, but in a second hand we decided that if I could become the U21 coach we could probably do a better job including the 2 teams.We could work on the same line .

I have much experience in this game: I have been playing here since season 3. I have reached to the top division in the larger community in BB, the spanish one, with almost 5000 users. I have worked in 2 spanish NT staffs, in one of them we lost the european championship final against germany (season 7) and the we won the world championship against germany again (season 8). In the other staff, unfortunately, we didn't won anything :) but we worked in growing many spanish youngs which have reached to the absolute NT some seasons later.
