Perhaps they do like my 7.7k shooting guard, but that's their choice. I don't have a 40,000 center.. I wish I did, then I could own in my league, but I don't. Best I got is just shy of 4.7k at center. I train outside players though- I'll probably buy a 6-7k pf later this season, and rotate one of my PF's to center.

Actually you need to allow people to vote for their own players otherwise there is a strong incentive for everyone to not vote. If you let - via pull down menu everyone vote for one player for each position with a maximum of one player from their team selected then there would be an incentive to vote. There could be maybe 10 names on each pull down menu created the same way they are now and a wek to vote. Naturally some coaches will vote for the worst player on the list to try and give their competing guys an advantage but this would be better. This gives 5 starters and the 5 bench players can be decided the old way - kind of reverse coaches and fans.
