the situation is that:
there is only 13 active team. I've already seen every player over 15k of salary here in Hanguk.
BUT
there is some korean player all around the world, like the one you kindly post up here.
we have to find these player, so every time you see an hanguk player write down name and player i.d. and let me know.
don't worry I don't ask you to "search" in every state. just "eyes wide open" ;)
