in a default 3-2 zone the main equation for guarding the opponents PG
will be taken mainly from you're PG's OD.so if you're oppenent's PG
is his main offensive weapon and you're SF is youre best outside defender
matching them up on the defensive end will result to a better defense
against the opponents PG.

but i won't think it is like that, normal is it about shooting psositions. If you play a Zone with a weak spot(like two OD 10 Guards and a OD 6 SF), all opponent shooters will take "a lot"(in comparision to the other outside defenders) of shots against him. it is not so extreme, and i don't know if it is skill a bit amtch up based, but i am pretty sure that it isn't a intelligent match up.
