The tactics where good. TIE was maybe risky, but probably worth the risk.

I don't know if cyprus crunched their first game because they are stupid, or because they either hate Belgium, or love an other team in our group. But I realy hate it when teams throw away their own chances at performing the best they can.

his will probably cost us at least 1 rank in our group. Not only did they steal a win from us, they are handing out free wins to the next, maybe next 2 teams because of this...

What a shame.

i hate to say this, but i perfectly understand this.

if you look at it, knowning your superstar PF is injured, and that your best C has average on his GS, then who would take them serious? they got some nice shooters, but you wouldn't expect them to go CT.

so if your opponent is going TIE, and you are facing Germany next week( which would be an obvlious TIE choice) you might as well get a win. they are dreaming of the second position aswell... and this was one hell of a way to get it started.

we simply didn't expect them to go CT. if they hadn't, i reckon we'd have won this game. but they went CT, thinking we would go TIE... they were the underdog, and they did their work well. we simply took to much risk, and now we are in a difficult spot, since we'll need minimal 6 straight victories with no margin of error, and what more, we need to have big wins, to errase this 27 point loss...

we just put ourselves in a horrible position, and now we'll have to double the work to be sure we don't make the same mistake again.

I most certainly do not understand it, especially not if they indeed want to claim second spot...

Starting with a crunch is ruining the rest of the games, even if you play TIE against a team you can't win from next time.

I'm absolutely sure they trew away their shot (if they had one) at second place right here with this game.

The only thing they did is giving other teams more chances at second spot, and Belgium less chances.

But yeah, that's just me. I can't be always right,... right? ;þ

I'm not stupid, I don't hate Belgium and I don't love any other team. It was just tactic... it's a risk for me, for sure, but after thinking and thinking... I have to do it! Anyway, I could play even normal, but I will risk too much.

Second place is the aim for me and Cyprus, it's easy for a 57th team place? no! So I've to take so many risks!

I'm sorry for you, but it's the game. I've nothing against Joe Maverick, I just wanna say that, but I have a strategy and I will try to follow it.
