Hi Audi*, guess u have suppressed your anger for a long time. Remember, u are not alone. I, together with those managers who give u balls, am behind you, though most of others remain vocally silent.

But to be fair, STN is training 2 SGP players at the moment, lets put aside the calibre of these 2 players for now. Every team needs to take care of their own results and at the same time, they should be able (and "need to" as well) train 1-2 SGP prospects, which is what STN is doing. So I'm not picky on this point. Just 2 things make people question: 1) STN is selling his 25 yo SG which means he should be able to train that 19yo superstar along with that 22 yo allstar. But why did he sell the 19yo as well? 2) he knows the 19yo superstar will become a SF / PF in the future given his height. But he still bought him. So this is either a lack of team building plan or like what you say, he's trying to show that he will develop local players during election.

I was previously a scout. So I think it's my nature that I care about how the 18/19 kids are developed most. As far as I know, STN did contact some managers purchasing young talents after I expressed my disappointment last time in this forum, but the advice is very "concise" and I'm not sure whether these players will be tracked down long term. Besides, some buyers are quite new to this game, judging from their world rank and team history, so we need to make sure they know what to do.

Finally thanks Eric for saving another SGP talent.

It'd bad that I wasted one season of YJS. But for SQX he could break into NT, the same standard of what YJS is now, if he don't suffer any injury in this season.

Thanks for your trust!

Hi NT,
True, take care of personal team is important, but being a country with limited of manager, it's important to get everyone and do their job by helping u21 and nt to train players together. But for STN, his player is old, + I dunno hows his training like, as I can't see much result from him.
What make me disappointed is, he is asking people to do, but he is not doing it, by thinking his team is much more important than anything.
If like that, I also can, I ask all sbbl team to train 2 players each, confirm this sbbl title is mine, if they really listen to me and train those players.
For training wise, I can't say im good, but I believe I'm better than him, that's the point that I can't stand him acting like someone that he know alot of all this stuff..

Yes few player landed into wrong hand, they may be wasted, but for now, like there's a player can be train from his team, y not grab hold of him and train, rather than taking risk by trying to sell him away.

Thanks for your support. Haha. You have my back as well.

Hi Audi*, I think all SGP community generally agree that STN is not a training expert. His trainees are useable in SBBL, but not for U21 or NT. Actually he's looking for scouts, but so far it seems he gets little luck. The U21 staff team is still consisted of himself, which is not good. I don't know if he has approached some target managers individually. Sonic and Dream make sense for me.

what I don't like STN most is we now know that he is not a guy we can trust. Reluctant to admit his mistake, making excuses, making empty promises, claims he knows everything, ignore young player development until popularity drop by another 30%...

But every person has self esteem. I judge STN has real high self esteem originally. Let's give him more room and hope he really reflects.

And Audi*, one more point. The longer I hang around SGP, the stronger I feel that this community is not cohesive. Of course it's easy for every manager to train 1-2 SGP player. But some have no idea of effective training. Some don't care about the country. From our point of view, training SGP players is an obligation that we happily fulfil. Make own teams better and also a great chance of playing for U21, why not? But every team has their own constraint. Every manager has their own thought. For the case of STN, he is only one of the many who put own team interest first, and he did train, though the products not excellent.
