does seem rather unbalanced .... maybe people could "right previous wrongs" and put me back in to the Calamari and send a div 3 to Sharks?

Does seem unbalananced but I'm guessing those teams may want to remain as a calamari. If bains does play, thats another shark, so you wont need to move a d3 side, just 1 shark. However, 2 d3 sides in each fed would make it more even. I'm not bothered either way. At the end of the day, it's all about the fun factor.

Added in Bainsy, moved Trikster, certainly looks like a plan. I'm think the Magick, Shooters, Knights and Panthers all want to stay Calamari although I haven't asked them. We will just have to use strategy to make up for lack of players although they all have amazing trainees who will play above their written value.

Akuma what do you think?

Wow, just looking at the distribution makes it look like it is heavily stacked in the sharks favour, especially in the east.
But then again, those are some core Calamari guys you have over there, and it just wouldnt be right having them as Sharks.

Happy to move forward with that list if you are mate. I'm also open to trade proposals if you guys want to even things up a bit.

In terms of organization, I knew you'd want to step in..it's in your blood yoda :)
Let's just go back to the old way where you organize the Calamari, and I'll organize the sharks. I'll also stay on top of the operational side of things (ladders, etc) also but very happy to have you onboard the management team.

Remember razorsharp wanted wanted in so if you wanted to swap a tanking team who said they would fill numbers if needed. That could even it up if he were to find his way onto the calamari

None of the calamari div 3 teams have what I'd call a standard div 3 team I haven't looked at who pas team but Iwen me and eazy frag definatly have players that would cut in div 2
