I would actually start with training OD and JR the first season (if you want to make him into a very nice PF). I'd spend the entire season training OD and JR and if they reach a decent lvl and still have weeks for training, I'd train passing, because generally that's one of the skills that gets neglected in the training process.
In the second season I would train IS, ID, RB and occasional JS.
In the third season I would train handling, driving and jump shot. Once they're at a decent lvl I would then concentrate on IS, ID and RB for the rest of the remaining seasons (note: this kind of training schedule requires a player's potential to be high). Some SB would be good too in my opinion.

Oh but I've never trained a bigman, so I'm not really an expert. Any input from others is appreciated :)

I agree.

First season :- Od (+4), id (+4),jr (+2).

That first season aim is unachievable unless you started with a $7k player with max sublevels in all three. All three things are very slow to train and even at 18 typically take two weeks each to train so that is more like 20 weeks of training, even more considering one of OD or ID will be slow to train due to height or both will be a little slow. Otherwise you could get 10 OD pops in a season and we would see 19 year olds with 17 OD running around.

haha 19 year olds with 17 OD I guess OD(+4) and ID(+3) is more realistic. I don't think he can get more than 8 pops even with max sub levels cuz OD trains slow and its almost impossible to get consecutive pops.

I didn't want to say that jr (+2).
