Can't believe nobody has mentioned Nakor! Nakor was awesome.

I love Feist, one of my favourite authors but it kind of feels like he's just rehashing the same old stories over and over with slightly different characters now. I liked the Dasati addition in the last series but this current series feels a little bit rinse and repeat to me so far. I'd love a new perspective or something after this series, maybe something more with the Hall of Worlds or a few books based on the Tavern there (forget what it's called).

Hey noodles

Totally agree Bill Simmon's Book of Basketball is awesome....I picked it up at the airport in Boston and definetly informative and very funny look at the nba and basketball.

Have you got "Can i keep my Jersey"?

Yep it's Paul shirley's book....

Have you got :07 seconds or less - a season spent with the run and gun Phoenix Sums?? That is also a good read.

Ahhh I got the thread back on track :-p

I was more of a picture/attitude book and it was abut 15 years ago that I last saw it but did anyone ever see the "In Your Face Basketball Book"? It was both informative and hilarious but would be very dated now.

yeah i read 07 seconds or less about a month ago - great read. I liked it mostly for the insight into how Mike D'Antoni runs a team. Obviously alot of what you read about in the book can be seen with the Knicks. Also the Ediie House stories are brilliant. Bill Simmons calls him an "irrational confidence" guy in his columns and podcasts and you can see why when you read this.

I even developed an appreciation for what Alvin Gentry would be like as a coach
