was hoping "tiny feet" Arzápalo would take the cup game off instead. not liking the way i match up with WW...
guess anything's possible though. could lose in a blowout or get a close win. WW vs. LMA last season had a 25 point difference between back to back games in a week's time.

Congratulations to Jamie Moyer on becoming the oldest pitcher ever to win a major league game (49 years, 150 days old). 7 innings pitched, no earned runs. He was a starting pitcher for the Chicago Cubs in 1986!!!
His career was almost over 20+ years ago -- got sent to the minors, then flat out released 1991. (the equivalent of getting fired in BuzzerBeater) Was even offered a coaching job then, lol. Finally made it back to the major leagues part way into the 1993 season.

nice win. had a feeling i'd lose that one.
blah, turns out coach had my PF play PG for 7 straight minutes. turning a 2pt game into a 12pt lead for you. other than that, slightly surprised you closed the game so strong. though it would have been the opposite... with you doing what you did in the 2nd half in the 1st half instead. (seeing as how you had a couple guys play the entire game + the rest over 40). but oddly fatigue only made them better late i guess?

well, you've got a shot at winning both the cup + league now! good luck

I dropped out of karate before earning a belt, lost a thumb-wrestling match to a woman hand model, and nearly became the first human murder victim of a venus fly trap, so I don't want to disrespect Darth Vader and get dragged into a lightsaber duel, but I must admit that I haven't stopped purring since I drew his team. I had thought it was a certainty that it'd be NBBA the rest of the way.
