That is for sure.
I'm wondering is it better to have NON NT domestic player or NT player from another country?

As far as I remember, my HG-NT-Player gave me about additional 12-15% (depending on world rank of the NT) of his salary when lined up in a NT-game.

founded in S3 IV.5 (34234) - returned in S28 IV.7

Hello!

What player would you rather take in draft if I want to fully focus on training this player?

PLAYER A: 5 Star, 5 Potential, A- Grade, 18 years

PLAYER B: 5 Star, 5 Potential, A+ Grade, 19 years

Thank you

If you have 7 youth trainer and gym, i'd consider 18yo. Last season I drafed 19 A+ with 78 starting tsp, but i think I got lucky with that many tsp. I'd say you can catch up with 18yo

For 5potential, if you get lucky and get 10 or 11, I think 18yo is better

Superstar, it doesn't really have that much to do with potential.

Is that many skill normal for that age of player. Or is this just random. Do you think all time great with such skill would be better ?

No, it's not normal. But it's a lottery in a way. But you have to differ those star rating and potential.

They are just losely connected.
Star rating gives you range of TSP for that player. I don't know exact numbers, I've experienced too little drafts.

Potential gives you ranges of potential :-D ... so 5 star is 9-11 4 star is I think 7-9 etc.

But, you can get high tsp with low potential, because that's just the starting point.
Potential is long term stat i.e. how good player can be in let's say 10 seasons of training.

Your drafted perenial allstar can have 80 or more skill points if you're lucky and he'll be better in 1st or 2nd season than let's say HOF... but when they are both 28-30yo, with same amount of training, the HOF will be better

And 3rd stat from draft is grade rating... this will tell you skill distribution. This one is more closely connected to star rating. Where it can indicate where that star rating range is allocated. Whether it's in secondaries or primary skills
