Hey everyone, Is there an easy way to find U21 players (from any country) that are up for sale?
Or is it a matter of trawling through all the nations?

I'd like to give an under-privileged kid a high quality education.
Either PG/SG or SF.... OR even a shorter PF would be ok.
Any help finding an appropriate trainee would be greatly appreciated.

I'm not looking to spend a motsa on these kids but I figure as I'm kind of sticking to a very long term approach to promotion.
I may as well train some new kids properly and hopefully get a couple decent U21/NT reps for strange and small countries. :P
