The game isn't finished yet but wiithout nailing the GDP there is no hope of winning this game.

It's been a good run and a great season, just want to say thanks to all the managers for the work put into training players. I appreciate all the help and assistance from the community along the way.

I'm going to take this opportunity to let you all know that I do not plan to run again for another 2 seasons. I had intended to put 4 seasons in, but in this last season I have found very little time to sink into updating the depth chart and keeping track of over 200 U21 players because of real life increase in workload. This role as U21 manager requires someone to be on top of all the new draft players and I know for sure I will not have the time to do that for at least another season.

Thanks for your confidence in me, I will continue to support whoever becomes the next manager and will be available for any training input required for the community.

Sorry that you're leaving us but real life can be like that. You've done a great job with a not very deep squad. I don't think there was ever any real hope of beating Lithuania.

I would love to coach the team, but after talking to Vecx at the beggining of this season it seems like I have a lot to learn about this game, even after playing since season 15!

Thanks Vecx for helping put england u21s on the map! Hoping we can get another england manager to take over the helm! ( who knows maybe I'll run!)

I'd like an English player to take it on, I think most of us would to be fair. There is a fair amount of time taken up by tracking players, recording them on the offsite etc. I sadly don't have the time to sink into that, and have found myself not doing it this season and that is not right and won't help England long term. I'm available for any support needed to anyone including tactical support, training etc. Very happy to still give time to that if required, I just can't do what ultimately the role demands.

You would both get any support I can give.

I've updated a significant number of the 20 year olds on the depth chart in preparation for next season, there's a few more to do but the bare bones is ready for the next person already.

I'm away on holiday after next monday and I don't think where I am has internet so I'm not sure I'll be able to arrange scrims.

I've done all I can to prepare, I look forward to helping whoever is next
