yeah I understand not everyone is keen on touching these NT affairs, so this discussion (certainly not argument) is over. how the NT is doing really has nothing to do with individual teams. just enjoy the game in your own way.

Hey bro, please kindly remove this post. As other scout/u21/nt would be around. So do remember, don't reveal any of the player info(if possible)

Hi bro,

The following point can be a gentle reminder or question to your recent action.

1) you are urging manager in sbbl and div II.1 and 2 to help to improve Singapore by training players. Am I right?
2) as a u21 manager, you are not leading the example. You are actually trying to sell Tong Hao Long at 400000 in TL, which is enough to cover back what you pay for him.
3) you purchase Tong Hao Long during the day of final election, is that the way, you trying to gain more vote by telling people, yes I will do my part as u21 to train draftee, when election is over, you will just sell him away? Which is just a show that being act by you.
4) What if he is landed into a trader or bad trainer hand? As you know, you made some bad mistake, by causing Singapore to lose some potential trainee, due to you claiming lack of time and experience.

There are more point but I will keep it for now.

Hi...

What is your point of view for U21? What do you want to be? Do you want to be manager for SG U21? Try the best this 2 seasons and joint next election. Or do you want to help for Singapore. What you can help for us? Do it that is good chance for your next U21 election. Now, I don't care anything. I warmly welcome for advice and helping me. But i don't care any opposite direction.

1) Sure i wanna be all the Singapore teams are good role in world wide. If all the Singapore teams are train at least one roster for our national, our national team will be great role in world wide also. Am I right? That is for me or for who? The last 2 weeks who will discussion with me? Local teams manager and oversea teams manager who are more reply my mail and good communication with me? Some of the local managers replied me. Am I right?

2) Who I wanna train and Who i wanna sell that is my team problem. That is not your problem. Am I wrong?

3) I really was not thinking like that. That time I wanted him and I thought he can play in my team, that's why I bid him. This act was not for election. I didn't send any email for voting election. Am I wrong?

4) Do you think bad trainer or stupid trainer will bid him with 400K? If you think like this this manager will really stupid and waste of his money. If anybody no bid for him how? That will be who problem? This is my team problem. Okay I have 2 trainee. These are Singaporean SG. So These 3 Singaporean I will train no need to take care about my team? How to train these 3 Singaporean with another 3 SG? Actually he will be good for inside position. So you mean I need to keep train and I will release my long time trainee? You also can do like this or not? If you can please train one Singapore U21 roster. Am I wrong? Try and train him lah 6'11" PG.

All the manager have their hope, their plan. Whatever you want this is up to you. Whatever you do that is not my problem. Take care yourself to play with Big 8 teams. Good luck.

Hi,

Lol, don't be a joke, I have no way of being rude or what, look at my earlier previous post, if I wanna bomb you, long ago I could bomb you with much more bad mistake, but I dint do that, yet this is the way you replying me and saying? Well, good job, instead of trying to gain respect from fellow mates, proving and showing Singapore community that you are the right choice, you are doing the wrong way.

What can I help Singapore? Don't be a joker by asking me this question, everyone know I have been devoting myself in training Singapore players, regardless for u21 or NT, I have done some thing that help Eric or ben.. You could ask them..

1) don't try to be hero, by saying you are doing good for Singapore. I bet not alot local manager reply you?! Look what have you done? Revealing our players skills on forum? Fail to save players? Causing Singapore u21 ranking to drop due to bad popularity?

2) Yes, it's you problem, but since you are u21 manager, don't you feel that you are suppose to lead an example? Instead of leading, you are telling Singaporean that, you guys train player while I can build my team? Wow that is how nice of you for being selfish.

3) Well, if you think that he could play for you in the past, why can't now? Don't tell me, by doing this is because you would like to rebuild your team or making them strong? If you don't sell him, he would be a burden?

4) well, guess you still a manager that know nuts about training issue. And just one thing, bad trainer doesn't mean he or she is stupid, it's all because he don't know the right and proper way to train these players, that hinder the growth of the players.
Like I say, either you know nuts about training or you like selling fish, thus looking by what you are saying at the middle part of the reply on 4th point, it's point of me replying that, I'm not gonna reveal personal mistake you made on your personal team.
For asking me to train players, I have already done up some plans, I have discuss with ben, ben trust me. So does Eric? though I haven discuss with or inform him, but well, I believe these current players of mine is going be useful for Eric NT. Don't bother asking me to what's my plan or whatever, I'm not revealing them to you.

By the way, you are losing your cool, you are revealing more and more mistake, and telling the community what kind of char are you. So good luck ahead in your road. Hope to see you surviving in u21 election after next season. I'm waiting for upcoming shows!

Thanks for your good luck, I'm fine with losing some games over there, more concern for me, is about my players, I want these player to be train.

All I could say, hope all Singapore manager would understand this point, I'm not aiming at him and managing NT or u21, not only require skill, experience, etc, and char of the person as well. As I did say and tell nt before, give him some chance, look at what he could do in upcoming weeks to prepare, and I will, tonight will be another u21 game, before these game, Hope everyone will be around to see what he had prepare. I believe singapore u21 have read a bad low enthu, but still... All the best.

Hi Audi*, guess u have suppressed your anger for a long time. Remember, u are not alone. I, together with those managers who give u balls, am behind you, though most of others remain vocally silent.

But to be fair, STN is training 2 SGP players at the moment, lets put aside the calibre of these 2 players for now. Every team needs to take care of their own results and at the same time, they should be able (and "need to" as well) train 1-2 SGP prospects, which is what STN is doing. So I'm not picky on this point. Just 2 things make people question: 1) STN is selling his 25 yo SG which means he should be able to train that 19yo superstar along with that 22 yo allstar. But why did he sell the 19yo as well? 2) he knows the 19yo superstar will become a SF / PF in the future given his height. But he still bought him. So this is either a lack of team building plan or like what you say, he's trying to show that he will develop local players during election.

I was previously a scout. So I think it's my nature that I care about how the 18/19 kids are developed most. As far as I know, STN did contact some managers purchasing young talents after I expressed my disappointment last time in this forum, but the advice is very "concise" and I'm not sure whether these players will be tracked down long term. Besides, some buyers are quite new to this game, judging from their world rank and team history, so we need to make sure they know what to do.

Finally thanks Eric for saving another SGP talent.
