hahah way to run salt into old wounds =P

I have no idea what is going with this draft business, lol how are we going to divide/integrate the 10 teams from the Outcast into the 4 PL's?...

this season 3 fishbowl will be 11 weeks + 1 week PO (12 teams)
next season which is season 4 fishbowl will be 13 weeks + 1 week PO (14 teams).

that is the ideal template we will try to work with...
now wether we go with teams of 7 or teams of 14.. is yet to be decided.

hahah if you knew me better you will know that I will say one thing and do another.
I keep saying I will tank, but have I? nopes, not "yet"...

But from a strategic point of view, tanking is quite viable atm. =P
Dunno how fun it'll be though.

48 unread posts! I really wish all of this was in a different thread, ah whatever, that is what I love about this league, the passion.

This season Koop is correct 11 weeks + 1 playoff week with 12 teams. Same for the East and the West. The Outcasts will be 9 weeks and 3 weeks of playoffs with 10 teams.

Season four is a long time away.

But for season three I see no problem drafting the Outcasts onto our teams to give us someone else to cheer for, mentor, be mentored by etc.

Koop, the Outcasts will have no effect on the Fish Bowl East or West, it would just be for extra fun and perhaps a step forward for them in terms of making buddies for season four.

So I am up for drafting them right away, I think C-cat and Zyler are we just need you.


Different Matter

As far as I am aware the teams for the East and West are as announced. Unless I hear different I will be sending the invites to Koop, Datzilla, whitemaggot, abigfishy, Naker Virus and myself. Funny that the Guppies and Kevin are better organised than us. I plan to do it tonight.

Why dont u guys have 2 of the teams draft 3 teams, 2 teams draft 2 for now and then by next season we should be able to have 2 wildcards join and then we will be able to add the 12 teams to the 24 for the fishbowl comp.....

Then we can have 4 teams (eg Guppies) of 9 teams and we could split it up into 3 Fishbowl PL similar to what u guys are doing this season, all it would take is a week or 2 more of finals to get the desired length for the season??

Hope that makes sense??

Oh and our div4 guys arent all bad, matt1986 is in the 3rd round of the cup and is really like a low div3 team already so he is improving fast....

I yeah I get what you mean but that is prolly for season 4 fish bowl.

unless u can get the new teams in now and get a 3x3x3 going lol i think that would take too long though

so it'll be
sharks 9 teams split into 3 PL's
calamari 9 teams split into 3 PL's
Guppies 9 teams split into 3 PL's
team kevin 9 teams split into 3 PL's

anyways I'm in for the drafting for shits and kicks..
If xbb sharks gets first pick, we'll choose mllama. =P

as much as i would like first pick, I don't think it'll be fair for the rest of the league that we have 2 ABBL teams! Though it would also mean we get Hobos, nothing wrong with that right? :)

Plus remember the stink that was chucked up when we recruited Pablo! Sharks do have better memories than Goldfish right? hahah

It's only 2 weeks in, still got 10 weeks left so it's going to be a very boring 10 weeks for you! If I were you I'd keep trying for the fun of it and all my income just go into arena or just save it. So when you get demoted, you will have 2 seasons of saving and without a doubt will promote again.... but then you'll get demoted again because you still lack quality players....

of course I remember!!! they like to complain about everything, it's in their nature to complain... I'm certain they will complain at just about any team we draft... wether it be mllama or fannypacman.
