maybe she wants to collect money and then buys great 5 players. if she buys really good players then she can handle with her rivals. it should be for the fresh start. However we cant know what she wants to do.

as I said she wants to buy 3-4 great players and she ll try to be successful in playoffs. but creating a team like that can be solution for short term only.
