That's up to people smarter than me but from a NT prospective. It's a lot easier to have someone buy a u21/NT prospect because of the number of users. If you only have a handful of users in a micronation then chances are no one will see a player ad post. This will give the NT on the bottom a better chance of competing and get their players to managers that will train them hence making a better NT experience for everyone do to increased competition. I don't think it should be for everyone.

I'd rather offer a scout feature for supporters, that sends a message whenever a player they are looking for, is listed. Or do we have sthg. Like that already?

In a way, we do. It's not exactly a message that is being sent. It's rather something like the countdown for the game. Every time a player gets listed that you have bookmarked, you see him in the countdown. But only the one who is closest to expire. Maybe one could add some small notification under that countdown saying something like.

"There are "x"- more players from your bookmarks listed at the moment."
