I too agree with that statement, when I first started, apart from asking questions, I found the help in the forum which taught me basics. If someone is not interested enough in the game to read a few messages in the forum, I don't think he will be willing to put much more efforts even if someone explains everything. I guess, the same thing happens for all countries in all games, only a small percentage is really interested to learn how the game works. As for the others...
