probably....

just saying but i have 5 teams in NZ with 4 in div 1. with 3 of them right at the bottom end of the league which im pulling out of because its no longer fun, and its time to take life a bit more seriously with finishing uni and everything, and get involved in real coaching hopefully as well as finding a job.....

haha yea, I havent been very good with working out the best way to train players but my best accomplishments is with getting Abhirup Zahra (21304609) to what he is now. Numerous U21 players. but yea, never really cracked it in either div1 or tournament.

plus i havent been able to get my hands on many hall of fame 18 year olds that i would love to train

in general i have never paid any attention to who is the manager for NT and u21, i have always just tried to build my team purely on NZ players, which i have found to be impossible, which is why i am losing interest in the game since to get to the top you have to have a bunch of foreign players and thats not how i want to do things.

doesnt help having so few managers i suppose

The active managers we have is basically the only hope we have, would hate to see NZ losing any more managers, as I think we could have a solid U21 and NT team if we all focus on training some solid players

I know what you mean. I tried to have purely NZ players at one point but I failed so I bought some foreign players to keep me in the game and now I haven't had to chance to improve any good U21 players since Brody and all my draftee have been All star or below.

yea it is a bit frustrating, but the additions made to the training system have perked my interest so i might get my teams going again or maybe just my original in div 1 and use the others as trainers feeding the NT and U21 programmes

Hey guys,

New manager here, well not new but this is my new account after being inactive for 2-3 years! Ive also been an active manager on another basketball management game called "Basketsim" 2-3years ago. Managed to get my team a consistent placing in the top 4 for a few seasons in the NZBL and was also the assistant manager for the NZL U18 team.

Still trying to get my head around this management game, would love to see more activity in forums by the community. Good luck all for the remaining rounds and bring on the new season.
