If you keep winning, the attendance should be better in the following weeks after you change, Oct 15 is the deadline to change ticket prices Bleachers and lower tier are more reflective of your record and winning streak while the other two is not as dependent

Personally I'd get a higher PR guy. If that doesn't work, do the PR yourself and get a good halftime act like a dog that catches frisbees... everyone loves them.

Tickets are to high for such a small arena, actually your selling pretty well.

I think you should expand you arena to 8-10K seats, over some time, not in one jump. Might have to lower your tickets during those time to maintain every thing, You should be ok. Just expand your arena over some time
