Generally minutes depend on depth and what type of strategies for substitutions you are using. many of my games (where I run a 9 man lineup where all 9 of my players are very close in strength) they all get right around 24 minutes each (except for my trainee who gets 48 minutes a game). 12 minutes for a reserve is only a huge stretch if you are talking about a close game. This however is a blowout situation so after the 3rd quarter the reserves will most likely be put in and get 12 minutes. Or at least that is how it has always worked for me in y blowout cup wins.

Ah I see, it may just be me then, I usually expect to get ~ 5 mins when I play someone at reserve, but I do understand that the skill of the reserve vs the main player factors into the minute distribution
