Well perhaps we're making a trend of this "2 great teams thing". I think last year was the first time in this league's history that two teams didn't lose to anyone but each other. Almost threw that away Tuesday, but squeaked out. So it's a fun year. If I do find a way to finish out a perfect season somehow, be encouraged, though. I could only find 2 other seasons with two teams with 19+ wins. The next year (after season 13's run), the loser promoted. The year after season 17, the team quit before trying to rebound. So if I do manage to promote, you'd have a 2 for 2 history of the runner up promoting the following season. If :)
Playing some great ball, though!

I have not given up on this year yet. But you are the better team right now.

Is this the season you finally promote, Orlando? ;)

Here's to hoping!!! But after forgetting a key update and as a result CTing the opening round, that could be trouble. Then again, I've got a pretty reasonable shot at bot cleanup promote even if I don't win. That said, I'm not content to leave it to chance...

Well you definitely didnt need to CT the opening round, but hopefully that doesnt hurt you in the long run.

Definitely didn't want to! And now I find out I'm 9th in line with only 2 remaining bot promotion spots. Too close to call, definitely want to keep winning!

You should go playoff normal in this game to make up for the CT. It's OK, I don't mind!

Great game. Tommie Andrew just went off in the final period. I think he hit all 5 of his 3 pointers and sank the last 3 free throws with no time remaining for the win. He was 11 of 18 in free throws for the regular season. Tough way to lose though.

Ouch was THE exact word I had for it. Especially the free throws at the buzzer. Or the missed dunk with about 20 seconds to go. Or the 5 point lead with 30 seconds to go that evaporated. I vacillated between normal and CT, guess I decided to go normal, a decision I shall passionately regret. Didn't want to bomb out in the finals for a third time I guess, and so I bombed out in the conference finals instead :-(

And now I sit in the final bot relegation spot... hoping that 7 teams above me can all somehow win their finals. Not feeling confident. And if not, honestly, I feel bad. Because my young centers just keep getting better. But goes to show I'm still beatable. Guess I deserved to lose a couple times in the regular season, so only fitting that I'd lose here.

Kick some butt NC!

It's going to be tough against Tornado Turtles. They've added alot of payroll since I beat them. You would have beaten me easily if you had gone CT against me. My team is not ready for Div.III.
