In this season my goal minimum would be to go out from Asian championship first group, i can't promise that we will be 1st in the group or something like this, cuz there's some tough opponents like China and we can't compete with them yet. And after this we would see what we can do next.
Basically my plans for every season would be to wring the maximum from existing situation and improve the team.
About players i don't know if i would change something, cuz i don't know their all skills, but for sure, i prefer multiskilled ones.
And forgot to mention in my speech that i've been working a bit in Lithuania NT staff, so i think that experience might help me.

I don't know if google translator translated everything right what you said, but your first season would be for conformance? wtf is that man, we can't waste time for your conformances.

Firstly, I'm aware that you're from a good Nation background with good quality of NT players, but i wonder whether "wtf" word is allowed here for a candidate on debating ,,,

Before you assuming this "conformance" thing, do note that the googletranslate might not translate 100% for you, and for each wrong translation could become a misundertanding,, and yet you're STILL using this thing to challenge me,,

For my 1st season, I'm going to experiment something with the lineup as this season is the Continental Tournament, which we might face much more weaker team than in Consolation Tournament,, Experiment, doesn't mean I am TANKING the game,,,

My plan is that it should now change slightly from the ground up approach in training sessions. Due to the fact that the team has no SF and landed a very bad team! Additionally, a few players that you are not on the market. They just need the ASEP Suprian has 3 skills and above, but not much rest. It's not bad, but again, ball control, can not fit on one! At that wants to work in this state it is about everything ..

Sorry if i offended you, didn't wanted to do so, i know that it might not translate 100% for me, but this time i got it right, i still think that NT isn't the right place to do your experiments or whatever, you can experiment with your own team, but just not here...

hallo semua

walaupun saya masih baru bermain 2 musim ini di bb saya mau mencoba untuk mencalonkan diri sebagai pelatih timnas
mungkin saya tidak akan menang dalam pemilihan kali ini tapi akan menjadi pengalaman baru untuk saya


rencana untuk timnas :

pertama akan mengumpulkan data2 pemain yang ada dari situ akan dilakukan proses seleksi yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan timnas itu sendiri

kedua akan menganalisa setiap kekuatan lawan sebelum bertanding disitu akan dapat di tentukan strategi yang sesuai

semoga kalian semua bisa mendukung saya

Rencana jika menjadi manager NT:

Di musim pertama menghadapi kompetisi kontinental, dimana sekarang saya belum tahu banyak tentang skill masing-masing pemain, saya mungkin tetap akan menggunakan pemain-pemain lama yang tentunya sudah memiliki pengalaman bertanding internasional. Melihat calon lawan yang ada, saya tidak akan banyak merubah taktik yang dilakukan oleh manager sebelumnya,

Selanjutnya untuk musim kedua, saya mungkin akan mencoba memasukkan pemain ex U21 ke dalam tim terutama untuk posisi bigmen. Saya tetap mengharapkan rekan-rekan manager BB dimana pemain NT Indonesia maupun calon pemain NT berlaga untuk memberikan latihan maksimal. Saya tidak akan berhasil tanpa rekan-rekan.
