There is lots of help and discussion about training players, building your team, and other good stuff there. It's not just about the NT and the U21, though obviously we talk about those players and game tactics a lot. But there's still a lot that's really helpful for any level division manager. It has certainly helped me.
Also, there are a lot of really useful tools for managers there, like a dataset to help set best arena ticket pricing, training tracker and planner to predict the salary and the required potential for your desired dominant player, and a matchup predictor to help set lineups and tactics.
