Ive decided that i will write my messages in English, and in Indonesian too

No, i havent been a head coach, but I have a friend (Hukli, we were classmates), who was the Hungarian head coach for 4 seasons, and i helped him, so i know how to manage a national team. The most important is to scout the best players, and trie to keep them training, possibly in Indonesia. That would be the first thing that i want to do. Scout, and communicate.

As i mentioned, the most important is to scout the best players, and keep tham home. For the "old" generation, over 27 years, the most important is the game shape, and if it is possible, multi training (the low skills, for example stamina, handling for a center etc.).

In Hungary, we have a great programme for the 18 years old players, called Base-programme.

That means, we have a topic in the forum, a programme leader (usually the u21 or NT coacj). He gives the requirements for the managers. For example minimum superior trainer, and 500k $ cash. After that, every manager who want to buy a 18 years old homeplayer, can register. They have to write how much money do they have, which position want they buy (PF, PG, C etc.).

The leader write a list, and after the draft try to give every registered manager a player (before that he contact the manager, who drafted a good player).


That is a very good programme for the u21, and for the NT too, in Hungary it works very well.


Now, iam training an indonesian SG (22 year old MVP, former u21 player), he will be a great monster. But in the new training system, it will be easier to train a multiskill player.

For the winnerd there's a database.Talk with Benny there are all plaayers ,also the over 21's that are not in NT.
A question
The big problem of NT are SF.
What's your ideal SF?

That depends on tactic. Its hard to find an SF with good insinde and outside skills. Therefore if I want to attack inside i will use an SF with high inside skills, and high outside def, and if i want to attack outside, i would use a SF with high outside skills and inside def. Thats my ideal

Just a simple question for the candidates of Indo NT coach:

- Any opinion bout strength and weakness other than SF of Indo NT? how are u going to use or overcome it?

I read before that Indo has problem with SF, what are u gonna do if (only if) there's no SF with high skill in both OD and ID (or in OS and IS)?

Hi,excuse me i am on job trip,and for 5 days more i cant get in.

First of all i was on lubnan,NT manager.

1)I I will try to speak on indonesian and on this i am gonna need your help.I am active 4+ hours per day so for me it s not a problem,to comunicate with the managers,and to go further from this dificulties.

2)In lubnan I do my best,go check the roster of seasons 11-13 if you dont believe me.It was very good this"trip"with lubnan NT.In this two seasons I will try to the best.It difficult,my first goal is to improve the current squad,and also to invest on drafts,so as to create a team for the future with more stars.We will see the progress of each players and we will give to the users a schedule training.As for the asian cup,we will try to pass on the fisrt qualification and then we will see.

3)From the day i choose indonesia,I have around 70 players that I have in my agent(if i remeber the correct number)so i will call everyone,to see their skills and then i will communicate with the users so as to see what they are going to be available(some things like training,game shape will help a lot the team)

For me the most importn thing in NT is the Game Shape,if you have the best players of the world,with terrible game shape you cant do something.SF is a big problem all over BB.Its the most difficult position.I prefer sf to be "completed".So of course we must to impove the players in this position a lot...

If we havent sf,we can play with sf,and pf on position 3.That s of course depents about the skill that our players have,the demans of the opponets,and of course what tactic are we going to do...thats all

before i read your next message, i've already sensed a bad signal.

If you're selected, the first season is going to be your busiest moment. I can understand for job trip or any other activitites, but right now you are candidating yourself. If you are selected, you are going to handle a nation that will serve HCA on next Asian Tournament. We are expecting for a best result and you're now about to spoiled your chance of being selected.

If I were on your shoes, I rather not candidate myself in if i am about to go AWOL when there's an important match. You'll never know when a player getting injured, and you might need to hire another replacement to NT.

I'm sorry for this tough comments, but yeah, this is the Debate. As a part of Indonesian Nation, of course we want our NT candidate to do their best for our Nation.
