Yer he has quite good stats already and is only 18, so if you trained him for 2-3 seasons at IS, ID, and RB, if you stay in the league you are in, he will become quite good!

that's his least problem. Stamina can be trained once the player can't pop up anymore, or once a season. I would suggest training most ID and RB, then IS.

No, it's not... what's the point of having someone with great inside skills if he can't play in the 2th and 4th quarter?

for me the effect isn't that big, and those guys don't get overwhelmed in the second and fourth quarterr(maybe they start from the beginning with less intensivity, but my crappy stamina team won the last quarters in the same rtate then the first ones)
