FINAL SUMMARY
After ten rounds of fixtures, multiple upsets throughout and some cracking games, the tournament boiled down to the two top sides in England fighting it out. Last seasons champions Tide of Fire entered the game favourites against Tatatallfella, the most successful side in the history of England with regards to cup victories. The first quarter saw Tide of Fire take a slender lead of one point with both sides trading punches throughout. The second quarter remained tight with Tide of Fire to edge the quarter once again to take a five point advantage into the break with the score at 43-48 however Tatatallfella suffered a setback with point guard, Dragutin Ostres having to go off injured. Both sides came out in the second half with very much the same attitude and the continued remained very close with no one able to pull away from the other. Heading into the fourth, the four point differential made for the perfect finale of the cup. The fourth saw Tatatallfella trail by a single possession play throughout until Jeremy MacAusland and co went on a mazey run to break Tatatallfella hearts. The final score ending 102-88 but what a game it was.
Congratulations go out to both clubs on making the final, but a special congratulations to LA-Vecx on regaining his tournament crown from last season.
