Well I am hoping tremell will do the East this week, I may have one more week of the West to do unless Naker can take some time out from arguing with HAX to do them.

I misread what he wrote, so you are probably right about the promoted teams still having a salary floor.
But I think from that post it shows that div 4 teams do have a salary floor normally, and only new teams do not have a salary floor for their first season.
