Yep that was a painful ass-kicking, but it was to be expected.

Am aiming to survive in the league and am more than confident I will. My team may not be loaded, but there's enough quality there to notch up enough Ws to avoid last place. Already having played your team, Vios and JMA, the worst is over for now.

The beauty of this season is my team is making a nice profit each week which'll allow me to buy another star during the off-season. So it's all about survival this season and challenging next time around.

Easily! but Vis Maior is still out there...and pop out of the bushes, a giraffe! One more team I need to monitor. This conference is getting crowded.

I am impressed with your patience. I wanted to be out of this league 3 seasons ago but was stop by better teams...

I'm still getting used to these huge winning margins to be honest but enjoying the fact i'm winning. I was a little disappointed that LoH's top shooter Sauvage was able to find some space in the last quarter (as my starters shared the bench for the whole quarter) and not only reached double figures but made 20+. I had him under 10 until the 4th quarter...

I've noticed a bit of a trend forming and unfortunately (for them) each new team I play seem to find themselves on the bottom of the ladder. Looking at the current ladder and my next game I would have to suggest that Melbourne Sharks are in for the same fate on Tuesday!

@Datz - I know you would love me to sell off one of my bench big boys wouldn't you. Lol. I'm amazed at how well McGregor comes off of the bench. The guy is a machine and seems to score as many points as minutes he plays. Would find it difficult to sell him in such dominant form.

I guess we can enjoy some shark fins soup on Tuesday as I'll serve you giraffe steak from the DFBS BBQ.

I am just thinking of your well being since you recently spent 3M. Your PF is quite threatening to teams without interior defense just like how Przemysław Chudzicki made 35 pts against a team without outside defense.

Lol. Sounds like a hearty meal!

Luckily that 3M went towards bolstering my outside defence. My new SG, who I might add recently was selected to play in the Swedish U/21 side, was holding Sauvage to 9 points in a very miserly fashion. I could do with a more formidable PG but so far things are working out ok. I'll sit on the money situation as I am quite sure things will be just fine.

This big game is lining up to be huge! Just hope my boys know how to step it up against another good team. Time will tell and i'm very intrigued so see how it turns out!

Your SG did a phenomenal job on my star. Sauvage is no slouch having a great skill level in JS and JR, so it's obvious u made a wise decision when buying your SG and he is definitely serving his purpose.

Overall in the way your team played, I was impressed with how your team kept my PG to a single assist. My PG, Turan Aktay has a fantastic passing ability, but then come to think about it, if my team isn't making shots, then of course there won't be any assists.

I'm happy those 3 games are behind me. It'll get a hell of a lot easier for my team until after the all-star break where we'll have to go through 'the gauntlet' again.

Yeah I think my outside D really let me down the last two seasons. A lot of sides in div2 like to play 'run and gun' and 'full court press' (anyone planning on playing div2 take note). Needless to say, though my team had little trouble making points on the inside, we had little hope of stopping teams built around strong outside shooters. I think my SG would have been enough to keep me in div2 and perhaps even earn a shot at finals (and he's getting a lot of training this season too).

Definitely a tough start to the season for you J-man and don't forget Vis Maior are still to come. Other than that you should be able to get back on the winners list with ease. ;- )

It's nice to get that first win, it was a much tougher game than I expected to be brutally honest, props to putting on a good performance go aussie.

Well after another huge victory I must admit I am really looking forward to a challenge. I wonder if JMA will have what it takes or will I have to hold out until Tuesday's potential Final Series preview?

Preparation is going well for our match up btw Datz! ;-)
