the discussion about red pandas is pitiful but is FAR better than nakers 1-17 is good debate

used to play bball with a selfish turn that jacked up every ball he touched - obviously in b grade mens there is no stats kept but points and fouls and at the end of every game he had 20, the next best had 10 and we had lost

we finally booted him out and guess what, next season went from bottom 4 to runners up

missing 16 shots is a disaster for your team, making someone miss 16/17 is super heroic


For the record, I was saying 0-8 is good ;)

i agree 0-8 is good, but i dont want to say any more and restart this

on a different matter how much fun is the east this season?

awesome competition with almost every team capable of knocking off every other team

no tankers and lots of star power

it warms my heart to see xie up on top of the mvp table with his old foes smeltz and duff duff along with some new faces like rice

also 3 of the top 4 are original season 1 teams sastroopers, dfbs and me, but the new teams like crockers, marmots and chumunga are cool too

just saying i like every single person in this league and it is a ton of fun - i wanted to be in the west but now i want to stay in the east forever

well said fishy. im sure all the guys in the south feel the same. most of us being div 3 teams we can compare ourselves to the best div 3ers Axis, PP, Mango and ezy and the div 2 teams like Zyler and Chucky and Robhoe

yes, a pity we had to have the outcasts last season not intergrated but now we have three really even leagues

i do miss koop and naker and rob and iwen and some others but things cant be perfect

just had a looksee @ ur team fishy, ur starters are as old as mine! haha

we will see geriatrics lineup when we next meet! smeltz and xie being the youngest on court

yeah and even more funny that your trainee is 25 and mine is 26

even if xie only gets 2 or 3 pops a season, im still going to stick with him, what is better than improving your best player even if it is super slow?

sad to say but smeltz is most likely capped

its no longer all about smeltz and the time has come for the SAS to train up some guards to help get smeltz to the ABBL b4 he is 42 and wayyy over the hill ... lol

I believe you are right about that, but I still don't think the analogy fits.

This is a mathematical debate which cannot be won without context. Well, out of context, and purely mathematically, the 0-8 is "better" but that doesn't mean that in all contexts it is better, especially not in a game of basketball.
