"Can I train a skill past Legendary?”
Yes, a skill can continue to be trained past legendary, and continuing training will result in an increase in salary. Every time the skill increases by 1 whole skill level you will see a green arrow next to the skill indicating a pop up. However, the name will not change from Legendary so if you do not take note of the green arrows then you will not be able to tell what level the skill is up to. It is not recommended to train a skill past Legendary as it isn’t going to become much more useful as it is already very high.

This is from the game guide, and not the game manual. I have a center who has legendary rebounding and who is 34 years old who still has legendary rebounding. Other skills have slightly dropped but not rebounding.

Guess ko lang kasi yung mga wings at PG nila is meron din rebounding skill at least respectable sa guards kaya ganyan.

Talo tayo sa U.S.(110-95) their enthusiasm was 5 and we had the highest possible enthusiasm for game day. I guessed GDP correctly because they had an inactive manager. Kulang pa rin. Kapos baga. Of course they played with more effort and they were at home so that factored into the loss. They did not qualify for the Worlds (surprisingly) and they are still one of the toughest NT teams in BB. Our guards fouled out (low ID). So hopefully this is a good sign for us to train ID for guards.

I added a skill chart for training in the min requirements. For the newbie trainers you can refer to this. Cez contributed a slight variation of the guard build with a little reb., so I named it after him. We face Bulgaria next a tough team who has beaten higher seeds pero lamang tayo sa enthusiasm for sure because they have been playing normal. We are still on track to make it to the KO stage so no worries.

1 assist shy si Denaque for triple double. Good luck sa next games coach! Kaya yan..

I think we can carry it a step further by making it respectable instead of mediocre, but if the rookie starts with atrocious I would have to leave that to the discretion of the trainer if he wants to train that skill. I chatted with Cez during the USA game and he agrees as well. I posted this in the min requirements as the last build.

I dont remember having any min criteria in the past but its good that we can find some common ground. Don't see any negative reactions from the general public aside from very minor changes. I think yung BIGS natin will be most affected by the changes because the new guards have decent ID. Try to finalize it soon for the benefit of the new trainers so they can adjust their training plans accordingly. I know Morwood reads this thread as well. It shouldnt affect u21 except for superstar and higher potential.

Cezzz wrote about training secondaries first before training the main skills last I think is a very good idea but it affects our players for U21 team. The aim of most managers is to get their players into the U21 squad so more often they won't agree to this idea. Maybe the NT/U21 managers should try and discuss about this point on our newer players being trained and sacrifice a few players to help our NT in the long run. Denaque for instance is an example of training secondaries first was trained as an experiment as a passing PF (sort of like a point forward) which you can see its effect right now as he can almost do triple doubles even in NT games.

The introduction of cross training has significant impact on the training speed of players lately (a bit slower). Unless you get a very good skill set at the start (18 yo) it will be hard to get good secondaries nowadays. And if the owners of players refuse to train players when they are over 25 or 26 it will also be useless. Putong is still being trained even if Putong only gets one to three pops a season.
