My order would be-

OD
JS
JR
PAS/DRI/HAN(all equally important for me)
IS(to complement the driving)
ID/SB
RB

I'm one of the guys who things SB is pretty useful at all positions. Both my big men have strong+ SB and my guards have average SB.

Yes of course. I mean, with us having to train OD,JS,JR,DRI,HAN,PAS,IS and ID where's the time to train SB?? I'm just saying that some guards start with good SB and some managers somehow find the time to train SB. I try to find such players on the TL. Otherwise personally training such players will be difficult.

One thing that is great about SB on a guard is that it is free. Atrocious or sensational it doesn't matter you aren't paying $1 for it.

Being most difficult to train what should be some shortcuts to be followed while training a sf ?

Shortcuts?? I dunno. I'm no SF specialist, but I'm guessing it has something to do with training OD early when he is young because there are so many skills to train. Also train JR early because an SF needs JR also, and JR will train a bit of JS. Then train IS, ID,JS and REB, and pump 1on1 for some time. At the end some PAS will be beneficial.
Also it is much better to have an SF who has all skills low but solid(like proficient) than to have some skills at tremendous and to have holes in some skills like mediocre or such.

Third season :- js (+5),is (+3),dr (+3),ha (+1).
Fourth :- dr (+4),ha (+3),reb (+4),is (+1),js (+1).
