Hello,

I’m new to the game and want to go down the homegrown route. If anybody has the time I would love to be mentored by someone who has gone down this path as well who can give me good advice on how to build a solid team and stop me from making any of the common mistakes.

Thank you.

My special coach has the ability to heal players when they are injured during game...
Maybe I should change this coach ?

After 4 seasons of purgatory we finally return to series III !!!

And I do it after having played a really exceptional season (http://buzzerbeater.com/league/875/overview.aspx)
, with a 22-0 record in RS (45.8 average difference) and an immaculate walk in the OP (22p average difference points always playing normal game).

The icing on the cake is yet another MVP trophy for FALASCHI (40193302)(third personal recognition in 4 years), and two other players in the top 4 of this ranking.

It was not easy to be defeated in Game 3 of the Final Playoff in the last two consecutive seasons, but this has forged the character of the team that this year has left nothing to chance.

But the most beautiful goal is to be THE ONLY ITALIAN HOMEGROWN TEAM IN III Series, which makes me very proud of it!!!!

But now comes the most difficult challenge, because I have to show that my homegrown team can stay in this series with a team entirely made of drafted players, without buying new player.

W Home-Grown team ;)

Second Team:
Espoo Seal Pups
Seals were attempting to be competitive for the first time in our short homegrown history. Div.2 and our goal to avoid relegation eventually was still an obstacle too big for us. However team showed very promising signs, finishing season 7-15, which was a massive improvement from 1-21 and 0-22 records the two previous visits to the Div.2 resulted.

Draft proved to be successful for us once again. For the third time in 5 drafts, we were able to get 18yo hall of famer with decent skills. He will surely be a major part of the future of the team. Hopefully the visit to the Div.3 will be once again only for one season.

Furthermore, could we add this Finnish team to the list as well. Although I have not heard about his commitment for the homegrown team, they have never bought any players in it's history.

Thanks, and good luck to everyone for next season!
